Livingston, MT

About Livingston

Being just 30 minutes away from Bozeman, the small town of Livingston is a popular day trip or weekend getaway from the bustle of the bigger city. Livingston has preserved the small-town mentality from kind residents to locally-run stores.

A pizza from Gil’s Goods and a milkshake from Mark’s In & Out makes from a relaxing lunch as you walk through downtown.

If you time your trip right, you can partake in the Livingston Art Walk, which happens once a month, or attend the Livingston Roundup Rodeo, which takes place every July!

Don’t forget that the Yellowstone River is a large part of this small town. Many visitors come to Livingston to access for fishing or just a simple float down the river.

Be sure to stop at the Yellowstone Gateway Museum to learn about the history of the river and the surrounding area.

If you are looking for a little escape, Livingston is waiting for you.
